Lane Koch | Chief Executive Officer & Founder
Lane Koch is an award-winning grassroots strategist and political consultant with over 16 years of professional experience in political and congressional spheres. She is a respected leader in the industry, with expertise in political management, grassroots organizing, and strategic voter contact communications.
Lane has spent nearly two decades working for elected officials and candidates at the national and state level where she has held nearly every title and leadership position in politics. In the 2018 election cycle alone, she managed the grassroots operations for more than 50 campaigns in over 20 states.
Lane has a proven track record of calmly delivering value in complex, high-pressure environments, making strong decisions with finely honed analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. She excels at effectively articulating complex political and policy analyses and crafting impactful messaging and strategies to influence diverse audiences.
Lane earned her Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Taylor University in 2008. She furthered her education by completing the Republican National Committee's Grassroots Management training program in the same year, followed by their Campaign Management school in 2012. Currently, Lane is pursuing her Masters in Political Management from George Washington University, with an expected completion date in 2025.
Andrea Zangerle | Director of Marketing
When it comes to anything marketing and social media, Andrea skillfully handles it. She has been working in Marketing even before graduating in 2016 from The University of Missouri Columbia with a Degree in Mass Media Communications. Andrea loves working for Arena Campaigns and enjoys using her creativity on all of our social platforms to help grow Lane’s brand and reach. She truly believes in the importance of women in politics. In her free time, she enjoys baking, needle pointing, skeet shooting, and spending time with her husband and their two dogs. Morgan Lael | Lead Creative
Morgan Lael is the Lead Creative for Arena Campaigns and the owner of Colorway Creative. Colorway thrives on clean, balanced, and unified design. After a decade working as an art museum educator, production artist, and design director of a tech company, Morgan opened Colorway as a way to offer stunning visual solutions to a variety of clients. Morgan helps businesses and organizations launch or grow an idea with a successful and cohesive brand strategy and visual identity.

Dan is a seasoned financial executive with a diverse background spanning banking, retail management, and entrepreneurship. He has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing risk, and fostering operational efficiency. With expertise in market research, brand development, and sales leadership, Dan has consistently delivered exceptional results throughout his career. Dan currently serves as CFO, where he leverages his skills and nearly two decades of experience to optimize financial performance and drive sustainable growth.
